1. Being in a professional course, we expect the students to behave sensibly in a professional manner, whether contacting over the call or through email. However, at times it is seen that some students loose their cool and start Misbehaving with the staff which is strictly not acceptable and shall not be tolerated. At RSA, we value human life and basic fundamental rights of our staff, according to which none can be allowed to talk to them in a wrong manner.

Any student who tries to misbehave, whether talking in a loud voice, using abusive words or vulgar talks shall be permanently blocked from watching the lectures and all the rights of being a RSA student shall be seized whether providing any support services or doubt support from Rahul sir.

2. In a rare circumstance of its kind, it has been noticed that some students take the route of Social Media to get the solution to their problem, ie. they write down their problem on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or YouTube etc. It is to be understood by such students that in order to get the solution, you need to contact RSA team in a correct manner i.e either through call or e-mail. If any student tries to malign the image of RSA in the above manner whether intentionally or unintentionally, the lectures of such student shall be permanently blocked and a legal action may be initiated considering the gravity of the case.

In the above cases ie point 1 and 2, RSA in addition to completely blocking your lectures, shall levy a penalty amounting to Re. 25,00,000 each for such wrongful behaviour, misleading & mischievous deed, and defamatory actions detrimental to the interest of academy and concerned faculties. Additionally, RSA shall have the right to initiate the legal proceedings against such student & all involved as per the law of the country.

3. Student should contact RSA Team on call, only during the official working hours and on Working Days only. The details of the same are available on our official website www.carahulgarg.com. It has been observed that students try to contact faculty for their issues, beyond the official hours, it will not be accepted.

4. For any enquiry, student should call us only from the phone number registered with us i.e. Main contact no. mentioned at the time of placing the order.

5. You are strictly advised to complete the classes in the validity period provided. If you are not able to complete the classes within the period allowed, no request to extend the same shall be entertained without paying the extension charges.

Please note that there are various options of validity period to choose from and as you yourself choose the validity period which is best suited to you, so it is your responsibility to complete the lectures in such selected validity period.

However, if still you are unable to complete your lectures and need extension, you will need to comply with Extension policy, which is mentioned on website.

We advise the students to watch the lectures in Laptop only however if any student doesn’t have laptop & wants to watch lectures in mobile, then they should check following points : 

1. Mobile must confirm with following specifications: 

1. 3 GB RAM (Minimum) 

2. 32 GB Internal Memory 

3. Quad Core CPU 

4. Android version 7.0 & above 

5. Model of mobile should be of year 2021 & above 

6. Lectures won’t run in Motorola & Apple device. 

2. While purchasing the lectures, select ‘Google Drive’ option and place the order.

1. Once the payment for a particular order is confirmed and the documents collected are verified by our team, the process of shipping is initiated which is generally within 2 - 3 working days of the receipt of order.

2. Normally it takes 5 - 6 working days for delivery, after the order is dispatched. However, it may take longer in exceptional circumstances like lockdown, curfew or any other abnormal situation.

3. If the particular Pin Code is unserviceable by the courier facility, the parcel is sent by Indian Post.

1. We provide our classes with one time free activation i.e. when the student activates the classes first time in system, there is no extra charge.

2. But, If the system requires re-activation due to system update/ crash/ format/ any other reason, there shall be a charge of ₹ 500. This is allowed for once only. Students are required to keep windows auto updates off.

3. However, it is to be noted that if the reason of system crash or format seems suspicious to RSA Management, it may decide not to reactivate the lectures, for which its decision shall be final and binding.

4. Please note Reactivation doesn't mean renewal of views or increase of validity.

1. REGULAR Lectures – If the validity of 4 or 6 or 9 months has expired but the student has not viewed the full lectures, the validity (not the views) can be extended by another 2 months on payment of Extension Charges of ₹ 1900 (per subject). Please note that Extension Period of 2 months shall start from the date of Expiry of Lectures.
2. FAST TRACK Lectures – If the validity of 2 or 3 or 4 months has expired but the student has not viewed the full lectures, the validity (not the views) can be extended by another 1 month on payment of Extension Charges of ₹ 1100 (per subject). Please note that Extension Period of 1 month shall start from the date of Expiry of Lectures.
3. To avail extension, you need to send an email on the RSA Official email id, mentioning your Order No. or URN No. with a request for Extension. If you don’t know official mail id, contact office number in the working hours.

1. Content of RSA is COPYRIGHTED and protected under the Indian Copyright Act of 1957.

2. The Content shall remain the sole and exclusive property of RSA.

3. Use of the Content is licensed, not sold, pursuant to the terms of this License Agreement. Use of the Content without agreeing to this License Agreement, or a breach of these License Agreement terms, is copyright infringement.

4. We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Content only as provided in this License Agreement.

5. Any kind of Projection, Multiple Screening, Unauthorized Recording, Unauthorised Copying, Public Performance, Hiring, Rental or Broadcasting of video class is strictly prohibited under the Indian Piracy Law & Copyright Act of 1957 and is a PUNISHABLE OFFENCE.

6. Hacking or Reverse Engineering of RSA Software is a big OFFENCE.

7. If any of above is found, we will COMPLETELY BLOCK the video classes and person doing unauthorized act (as mentioned above) shall be levied a penalty upto ₹ 50,00,000.
